2°C Layers

Since it's still cold, lets make a sudden Tuesday throwback to a few weeks ago when Macau reached 2°C and left frost bites and numb faces to everyone, I mean, I think it wasn't just me, right? I know this temperature is normal for some countries, but come on! Macau is in South East Asia, and it hasn't reached this cold in a few years (they say due to global warming).

All I want to say is that it wasn't easy for me to blog, yet being a beginner in this, I gave it a try. Let me just point out all the problems I've encountered......

Struggles of blogging in freezing weather:

1. Choosing an outfit that can benefit both warmth and a blog-worthy style can be a very long decision-making process; usually ending up only satisfying one of them.

2. Not only was it cold, it was also raining almost non-stop for weeks in Macau. Finding the perfect lighting to blog was a b*tch since it was always cloudy and grey.

3. Finding a spot to blog was a lot more difficult than summer time. You have to think about the shade and the lighting that suits this kind of weather.

4. Posing..... if you haven't noticed, most of my posts taken during this temperature drop shows that my hands were inside pockets and huddling in scarves and sweaters most of the time.

5. Did I mention it was freaking cold?! We bailed from blogging lots of times just because we wanted to hurdle up indoors A.S.A.P.
These are all just based on my opinions and it could be different from other bloggers. Some fashion bloggers love this type of weather more because they can flaunt their layers over layers so beautifully (Ugh! How the hell do they do that?? I envy them!). Besides, I live in a place with a tropical climate so I can easily be caught off guard from sudden drops in temperature.

Do you enjoy freezing cold weather? And can you relate to any of my struggles? I hope I'm not the only one! Let me know in the comments!
