Survived my 1st month as a blogger. It's a slow process, but I'm happy for what I've reached so far. It's February, one of my favorite months! Both Chinese New Year (CNY) and Valentines day are coming up and I'm thinking of posting something related to both events. Who knows, might be inspired looks or DIY tutorials.
This was one of those days when the sunset (or lighting) was beautiful and my outfit was pretty enough, but, nothing was working well with the camera. As you can see, the pictures weren't that great and were somewhat blurry. However, even if it wasn't 100% perfect, this look was worth posting and the pictures weren't as bad as I thought it would be.
When people ask me what my style is, I usually give them different answers. To be honest, I don't know; my style depends on my current mood. I tend to match my pieces differently based on how I feel wearing them in a specific moment. I could go all out girly and basic for a day and be the total opposite in the next. I guess you could say that my style is inconclusive or simply....me.
Lookin' like a stud in this new look! I wore this outfit as a trial for my new knee-high boots. I've never had boots this high and I don't really know how to wear them because of my stubby legs. But for the blog, I gave it a try. Also, I wanted to try looking older since people say I still look like a 16 year old (sometimes they even say I'm 12, damn you height!).

As you could see, this shot was obviously taken in the summer. My orange-y blonde hair matching the sunlight while wearing pastel colors and tropical prints. Only thing missing is the beach! I don't know if you could tell but I'm actually really sweaty while doing this photo-shoot, good thing that I didn't have any obvious sweat stains in the pictures.
I've always wanted to have my very own Timberland boots, and now I have them! Oh what a lucky girlfriend I am indeed! Yep, they were my boyfiee's gift for this Christmas and I couldn't stop smiling the moment I saw what was inside that huge shiny pink paper bag. I see lots of people (mostly girls) around Macau walking with these lovely chunky shoes and I was always glancing in envy. But this time, I was struttin' them around, showing them off. These boots are made for walking!

I started blogging 8 months ago, specifically during my 21st birthday. I've always wanted to blog ever since I saw my sister doing it (Style.Che) and I remember being so jealous of her pictures and outfits. It's been a long time since then and I decided not to pursue it simply because I thought that I couldn't.
Just to be clear, I started blogging on May 2015 but only started posting my looks on Instagram and LookBook. I then started to publish my website (#kateeotd) only on January 2016. Blonde Diaries is therefore a segment or a series of looks that were taken way before #kateeotd and I didn't want to put them to waste, so I decided to post some here!
It's my last year in college and I just had a very stressful 1st semester. Lucky for me, my 1st semester ended with a little good time family fun! Studio City Macau just opened back then (Oct-Nov 2015) and my dad was very proud of his project so we got a chance to book a one night stay in a Standard King Suite in the Star Tower. Along with the package, we had tickets to the Batman Dark Flight, the Golden Reel and breakfast buffet in Spotlight.
This is the day when my cold started. Obviously my clothes weren't enough to cover me from this watertown's temperature. For our 3rd day in Shanghai we went to Zhujiajiao, a watertown in the countryside. This place has put me in awe with its beautiful scenery and ancient architecture, everything here was just beautiful! (Check my other posts to see more pictures of Zhijuiajiao or visit my Facebook page to check out the whole Shanghai album)
I didn't get to buy a sparkly dress for the welcoming of 2016; Also, I was coughing too much to survive wearing two layers of clothing. Lucky for me I got this glittery H&M skirt as a Christmas gift so it pretty much saved me from the New Year's trend! I paired it a white sweater to match the white shiny parts of the skirt, then topped it with a washed out denim jacket to contrast.
I traveled to Shanghai with my family in late December (2015) and I gotta say that I wasn't expecting it to be so beautiful. To be honest, I had no expectation with our trip and I wasn't familiar with Shanghai's highlights (except the Bund & the Oriental Pearl Tower of course!). Here are some pictures of Shanghai's beauty!

When we went for our 5-day trip to Shanghai, we expected it to be really cold. But what we didn't expect was the continuous rain we encountered during our 1st and 2nd day. These were take during our 2nd day when we came across the lovely city side of Xintiandi and unfortunately for us we couldn't do much because of the rain. No outdoor dining, no walking around easily and difficult blogging time.
In Macau, we celebrate the handover (SAR Establishment Day) every 20th of December, which comes close to both Christmas & New Year celebrations. This year, 2015, all 3 events were celebrated with colorful lights called the "Festival of Lights". The most visited location was of course in Senado Square, Macau's city center and famous tourist destination.
Hey ya'll! Finally back in Macau after 5 long days of Shanghai FUN! It's good to be back just in time for Christmas Eve. Realized that I had to do some catching-up with the blog, since I didn't get to do much in Shanghai. For this look, I decided to pair up grey with a hint of Christmas spirit (Red lips and red bag, just incase it isn't obvious)! The temperature in Macau was quite hot so I had to blog without my coat.
I started off being an Instagram Blogger. I started posting outfit, scenery & detail shots, in which I was featured for several times in different IG pages. Obviously I was most active in IG before starting #kateeotd! To see more of my posts, follow me on IG @katee.cee!
