We (me & @dash_ad) were like those professional freelance photographers that day. In total, we had 2 DSLR Cameras: Canon EOS 50D & Canon EOS 1000D and our new action camera: SJ5000 which I'll introduce on the next post! Basically there were 5 reasons that triggered our so-called date night/photography session:
1. OPERATION IG RENOVATION -
We're intending to renovate my boyfriend's Instagram Account. He has great potential, everyone who has seen his pictures says so! And that is something he should be proud of showing don't you think?
2. FOGGY BENEFITS -
Like I've mentioned in my previous outfit post (Exhaling the Bad), despite the downsides of our very foggy and humid climate, it also gives "free" filters and effects to photo junkies like us!
3. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT -
We're going away for a week in June as our 1st "outside of Macau trip" together. Of course we have lots of plans and blogging is one of them! So we took this opportunity to practice and later on have awesome pictures for both our pages/feeds.
4. OUR NEW TOY -
We finally have our own action camera! We've always wanted one even if it wasn't GoPro. We weren't disappointed either, turns out that our SJ5000 is absolutely incredible in taking both videos and pictures (Video below and pictures on my next post!). Randomly, we decided to name it R.O.N.Y.X
4. IN NEED OF DATE NIGHT
When relationships get rocky, always try date-night! Something unusual or new would even make your date more interesting! - Highly recommended ;)
For our pictures, artistic and creative shots was the goal and I guess we kinda did a good job. As of now, we're still considered as beginners. Although, we really enjoyed taking these shots and we're considering to practice more and become better at it. Finally, combining art and photography together as a new couple activity..... I definitely found my match! *blushes*
