NYE Sparkle

I didn't get to buy a sparkly dress for the welcoming of 2016; Also, I was coughing too much to survive wearing two layers of clothing. Lucky for me I got this glittery H&M skirt as a Christmas gift so it pretty much saved me from the New Year's trend! I paired it a white sweater to match the white shiny parts of the skirt, then topped it with a washed out denim jacket to contrast.

Realized that I haven't worn my high cut boots for a long time, so I wore it for this outfit. It seemed to work fine and it actually made my outfit stand out (atleast in my perspective!). Finally, I accessorized with  subtle and shiny little pieces of jewelry; didn't want to over-accessorize. Me and my family had our count down for the New Year in Macau's Senado Square, just like we did for the past 3 years. Afterwards, we headed back home to continue the party with a big feast! They said New Years in Philippines are so much more fun, but I honestly like the way me and my family celebrate.
