Movie Premiere (N.Y.S.M 2)

Another "1st time" experience thanks to Live and Love Macau! They gave out free tickets to see the movie premiere of Now You See Me 2 at the Venetian theatre about 3 months ago. The event was complete with a red carpet, however, it was mostly Hong Kong and Macau stars who I'm not so familiar with. It felt great, and I love the fact that I got to catch up with a few of my high school friends whom I rarely see.

None of us knew how exactly does a movie premiere go. We felt like going through airport security before the movie started. They were so strict with phones and cameras that we had to line up in a long queue just to surrender them! But, I mean, it is a movie premiere, so they have to be careful about someone leaking the movie elsewhere. All-in-all, it was a great experience!

I guess Macau felt obliged to do a grand premiere because we were shown a lot in the movie. They showed the streets of Alameda Dr Carlos d'Assumpçáo, somewhere around Praça Ferreira do Amaral, the Macau Science Center, and even near the streets where I live :D As a developing region, it's really good to see Macau in famous American movies like Now You See Me 2 (2016) and Skyfall (2012). As for the movie, all I have to say is that it was really cool! There were a lots of WOW factors, but personally, NYSM1 gave me more chills (if you haven't seen it yet, you should!). My boyfriend thinks otherwise! So it's up to you to watch both movies and be a critic for yourself!
