How to feel better (#TOTD)

Woooh!!! I have not done a #TOTD in a long time! Since it's a Monday, I thought it'd be a great time to publish this. Today's topic is "how to feel better", basically from everything, especially a rough day. Lately I've been dealing with a lot of stress, changes and personal problems that I prefer not talking about. I'm currently still facing them on a daily basis, but slowly learning how to think more positive about everything that's been happening. Then I thought, it can't only be me! For sure there is someone else out there who is having a tough time, maybe even a lot more than I am.

And that's what I want to talk about today, my personal opinions on how to take on #badvibes like these like a boss! It may not work on everyone or every time, but the following tips surely helped me in most situations:

1. Don't have a BAD START
I know it may be difficult to control, but try not to be moody from the moment you wake up! I often get up from bed feeling dizzy and dead tired; it's not healthy nor is it a good for the rest of my day. Having a bad start may just be the reason why you'd think everything else isn't working out. My solution? Having a cup of coffee.... as simple as that!

2. Think POSTIVELY
If you can't, how else would you get over negativity? The 1st thing you should do every time you encounter situations that may kill the mood is to breathe, calm your nerves, and have happier thoughts! I tell you, I've been doing this a lot lately because I don't want to just get pissed at every one I see. Not only may it ruin their day, it'll most definitely affect mine too! So remember to always turn your #goodvibesonly sign on!

3. Find your STRESS RELIEVER
Anything would work as long as it truly helps you dispose all the bullsh*t you got all day. Even if you're tired from school or work, half an hour of doing something that keeps your mind away from stress is always worth it! Personally, my stress-reliever could be dancing, eating chips, playing with my pets, blogging and/or cuddling with my boyfriend and feel like a baby (Weird? I know...).

And there you have it! Just some basic tips and suggestions that'll hopefully help you get through every time it feels like the end of the world. Note to self that we are all human, vulnerable and fragile. It's okay to feel down and it's always possible to feel better. As quoted from one of my favorite songs: "Maybe the reason why all the doors are closed so you could open one that leads you to the perfect road". Will go back to regular outfit posts on Friday! Till then, *muah*
